At Healing Hands Physical Therapy and Bodywork, we provide a deeper level of care beyond just typical physical therapy exercises. I will take the time to listen to each client individually so we can work together to get you back to doing what you love as quickly as possible.

Your time in the office will be focused on proven hands-on techniques, one-on-one therapy, individualized rehabilitation and exercise programs and treatment plans designed specifically for your needs.

I left a traditional physical therapy setting to offer a more in-depth level of care for my clients. I want to spend more time with each client individually offering a more holistic approach to healing. While exercise guidance is a part of what we offer, you will not be coming into the office just to complete a list of exercises. Our sessions may involve cranio-sacral therapy, dry needling, full bodywork or StemWave treatments. I will also provide access to our nutrition and supplement partners as well.

PT, MSR, Cert DN Varsha Rao is a dedicated and highly skilled physical therapist with a strong academic foundation and diverse professional experience. She earned her Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy from MGM School of Physiotherapy in Mumbai, India, in 2014, followed by a Master’s in Rehabilitation Sciences from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2017.
